SHIPPING AND HANDLING
UK orders are sent by First Class post. Non UK orders are sent Airmail at small packet rate.

FREE POSTAGE ANYWHERE! (EXCEPT FOR PSORIASIS PRODUCTS WHICH INCUR PARTIAL POSTAL CHARGES OUTSIDE EUROPE. )
Despite several recent rises in the cost of posting parcels, it is a point of pride with us not to charge for shipping wherever we possibly can and we will continue this for as long as we possibly can.

DELIVERY
We aim to desptach your orders as follows:
All products to be sent on the same or next working day after your order, with the exception of:
InnerTalk CDs - to be shipped within 1-4 working days of your order date.
SAD lightboxes - to be shipped within1-3 working days of your order date.

First class UK post generally arrives on the first or second business day after sending. Airmail deliveries usually arrive within 3-7 business days.

If there is a delay in obtaining stocks of any products that we run out of, we will let you know immediately. We will always email you to let you know and you will, of course, have the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days of ordering (21 days Zone 2) please contact us.

Combine Essences is not responsible for missing goods if an incorrect delivery address was quoted at time of order. To ensure that your package is delivered safely, please do check that you have entered the correct delivery address before you confirm the order.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES
If any goods are delivered damaged, incomplete or incorrect, do let us know immediately; email us at service@combineessences.com with 'Incorrect Delivery' in the Subject line. Alternatively, please leave us a message via the online message form under the Contacts menu link. Please keep all damaged packaging as proof and email us photos of the damaged package if you possible can.

RETURNS POLICY
Please note that the goods you order are not usually returnable unless they have been irretrievably damaged in transit.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Our aim is to keep our customers happy, so please contact us at service@combineessences.com, or leave us a message online, as soon as you find a problem with anything you receive so that we can sort it out.

PRIVACY POLICY
Combine Essences will not disclose your personal information to any third party. We may occasionally, (4-6 times a year maximum), email you to inform you of offers or developments in the product range or on the website. If you would prefer not to receive these, just let us know. Cookies used on this site are used solely to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and for no other purpose.

Any sensitive data relating to you (payment information etc) is handled by either Sage Pay or PayPal, our secure, payment processors. We never store or in any way keep access to such information. Any other information you supply us with, for example over the telephone, is shredded immediately after use.

Resident in Italy or Brazil? Dear friends, our sincere apologies, however, after years of bad luck with our parcels to these countries, we have reluctantly decided not to ship there any more. Sorry! The CombineEssences team
